Jasmine thanked the board for the idea and the attendees for their donation.

Air Quality Survey data results for Crosbie Heights were available for attendees. Through our efforts, we collected 63 surveys from the Crosbie Heights area. The goal was 100 surveys. Jasmine thanked the team that canvassed for surveys. Larry and Nancy will be speaking at city council regarding these surveys. All are invited to attend and support Larry and clean air efforts in our neighborhood and our city.

Matt is working on the community garden including cleaning it up and preparing for the Spring/Summer season. Community work days are on Tuesday afternoons. Residents are welcome to request an area in the garden. There are compost bins available in the back of the garden. Matt offered to pick up compost from residents for the garden. Stay tuned for events and gatherings. Requests include a small lending library and a community announcement board.

There are title issues with the property. The home has been declared a nuisance and the former residents have been forcibly removed. If anyone sees people entering the house, it is recommended to report on 311 or call the police.
